The Spirit, also know as the soul is our purpose of life. It is said, the spirit is lost if the soul has no purpose. The spirit is the driving force for finding one's true destiny or purpose in the world and our life.
It is the bond between all three, the body, mind and spirit that allows us to realize the fullest potential of who we truly are. Each one needs, continual improvement, development and nurture.
